DESCRIPTION

The integrated flow regulating valve has more accurate and stable flow distribution and remote control. Combined with the secondary dynamic regulation of platform data, the hydraulic system can effectively reduce the operating flow, maintain the hydraulic balanced operation of the pipe network, improve the temperature difference between supply and return water, reduce energy consumption, and save more than 25% of the system's comprehensive energy.

　　Functional application

Flow regulating integrated valves can be used in heating and cooling systems to effectively distribute flow across various parts of the system. It is mainly installed in the water supply pipeline of each unit, and automatically adjusts the valve opening according to the flow required by each unit, so that the flow of the entire pipe network is balanced.

The flow regulating valve integrates three valves, including adjustable flow dynamic balancing valve and full stroke regulating valve.

The flow regulating valve can set the required return water temperature to adjust the valve opening or set the required flow to adjust the valve opening. Both adjustment methods can balance the system flow.

The installation of the integrated flow adjustment valve can reduce the overcurrent of the system and the load of the water pump with the optimized adjustment control as much as possible, thereby greatly reducing the energy consumption of the entire system. The rapid response of the automatic adjustment control of the valve greatly increases the stability of the system. So as to maximize.
