  • The electromagnetic open channel flow measuring box is a flow metering device that measures the natural flow of water in the channel. The equipment is widely used in irrigation and water conservancy, irrigation area information, urban drainage, sewage treatment and other industries.

    Working principle:

    The electromagnetic open channel flow measuring box is a customized flow measuring device based on the flow rate and water level algorithm, using servo water level, tracking speed measuring system and microprocessor, integrating multi-disciplinary cross measurement such as pressure water level measurement, standard section of customized box, electromagnetic flow rate measurement and wall noise rate of flow measuring box, and matching complex analysis algorithm to accurately measure the water flow in the channel.

    Function introduction:

    Flow velocity measurement: the principle of electromagnetic induction is used to accurately measure the flow velocity;

    Water depth measurement: the pressure type principle is used to measure the water depth;

    Overflow area: through the water depth measurement and the size of the inner wall of the box using the algorithm to accurately measure;

    Flow measurement: flow rate and area method are adopted to calculate flow rate considering the influence of noise rate;

    Flow measuring box body: made of 304 stainless steel, according to the size of the on-site channel, a complete set of assembly parts that meet the on-site requirements are customized.

    Product features:

    1. Can measure the flow of non-full pipe (round pipe, egg-shaped pipe or other special-shaped pipe);
    2. Can measure the flow of channels (circular channels, rectangular channels or other shaped channels);
    3. Can measure the flow of sewage discharge channels or pipes (sewers);
    4. Can measure forward and reverse flow velocity and flow;
    5. Can provide instantaneous flow value and cumulative flow value;
    6. Output signal: RS-485, Modbus, 4-20Ma current signal;
    7. The sensor can work for a long time under the bad field and sewage water quality;
    8. Optional 4G wireless module for remote telemetry;
    9. The sensor shell is 403 stainless steel, protection grade IP68;
    10. Built-in automatic temperature compensation;
    11. No measurement blind area, low water level can also be accurately measured;
