Installation Precautions / INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
1, no vibration, no strong electromagnetic field (such as large motor, near the frequency converter);
2. Install it vertically as much as possible. Horizontal installation needs to be installed at a low place. The apex of the pipe cannot be installed to ensure that the pipe is full and prevent bubbles;
3, straight pipe section requirements, it is best to ensure that the first 10 times after 5 times the pipe diameter;
4, welding type installation should be careful not to connect the instrument welding, to prevent damage to the flowmeter;
5. The shell shall be grounded as much as possible, and the shielded wire shall be grounded at one end. The connecting point shall not be shared with strong electricity;
6. If the installation position needs to be selected to meet the maintenance requirements for easy maintenance. At the same time, the side pipe can be installed, and the fluid goes through the side pipe when the fault occurs;
7, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature place, do a good job of waterproof, moisture-proof treatment;
8. Other requirements that should be considered, signal routing should not be combined with strong electric lines.
