DESCRIPTION

The SCD electromagnetic flowmeter is manufactured by using the new technology of contemporary electromagnetic flow and has the following characteristics:

a) The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity;

B) There are no obstructing flow parts in the measuring pipe, no pressure loss, and the straight pipe section has lower requirements;

c) Nominal diameter of series DN3 ~ DN3000. Sensor lining and electrode materials have a variety of options;

d) The converter adopts novel excitation mode, with low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy. The flow range can reach 1500:1;

e) The converter and the sensor can be integrated or separated;

f) The converter adopts 16-bit high-performance microprocessor, 2X16LCD display, convenient parameter setting and reliable programming;

g) The flowmeter is a two-way measurement system with three integrators: total forward amount, total reverse amount and total difference amount, which can display forward and reverse flow and have various outputs: current, pulse, digital communication and HART;

h) The converter adopts surface mount technology (SMT), with self-test and self-diagnosis functions;

I) Rubber and polyurethane cool lining sensors are intrinsically immersed structures;

j) Explosion-proof instruments can be used in corresponding explosion-proof places;
